Hangul file issue: Error when converting Hangul files

■ Causes

After the Hancom Update provided by Hancom & Computer on or after June 24, 2024, there is a phenomenon where a pop-up stating that OCX control support has ended appears and the document is not converted when converting a Hangul document.

This error occurs because Hancom no longer supports the OXC control due to security issues.

■ Solution

Measures have been taken to enable the use of Hangul files after updating the whiteboard program.

1. Check the latest updated version of the program

2. Select a Hangul file via Open External Document (Document Conversion)

3. When selecting a file and seeing the file access permission request message, select "Allow access" for all.

4. Use file conversion as before
